I have honed my skills for 19 years in the public and corporate sector delivering over 7,500 hours of personal responsibility and leadership effectiveness seminars and talks on 4 continents, 13 countries and in 160+ cities globally. In addition, I have written a best-seller, Time-Out! Winning Strategies for Playing a Bigger Game in Life on the topic.
Developed primarily in the USA, Training Group Learning Methodology, or T-Group Trainings, remain the most popular, authentic, and most effective for changing human attitudes and behaviours. This type of learning is a tool for building a high performance corporate culture—one with improved teamwork, collaboration, better performance, innovation, accountability and interpersonal communication.
In China, these type of seminars have been delivered for over 20 years. The model of trainings include: Level 1 - BASIC/Discovery, Level 2 - Advance/Transformation, and Level 3 - LP/IN/GP. I began my training to become a T-Group trainer for the Level 1 - BASIC/Discovery with PSI Seminars in 2005. I trained with many trainers in PSI including my mentor with 30+ years experience, Dan Dorr of Dan Dorr and Associates.
In 2006 I contracted with Klemmer and Associates as a Level 1 - BASIC trainer for 7 years. In late 2013 I moved from the USA to Australia and began contracting with AsiaWorks SE Asia in 2014 for 3 years. And currently I am an independent contractor with Benchmark Trainings (Hong Kong) and Milestone Trainings (Malaysia).
